Vicki: My weight was continuing to climb and I could see that I needed to take an aggressive step to lose some weight. I committed to myself that I would start the boot camp as soon as school ended in June 2011. I went out the first time and I was amazed at what we did. I was also very excited. My goal was to lose between 25 & 30 pounds. I continued to go out and my fellow boot campers helped a lot. I met my goal weight by October. I lost 25 pounds and 32 inches. I lost 2 pant sizes and I feel great. Now I continue to come because I enjoy the feeling that pushing my body gives me and I enjoy Casey and my fellow boot campers. My biggest tip is that you HAVE to follow the meal plan because I feel like that really gets the weight off.

Mike: I weighted 325 lbs before I started my diet. I slept with a C-pap machine because I would stop breathing at night. After finding my grade school friends on Facebook, we all decided to put together a 35th reunion; that was in May of 2010. Then is when I decided to get back into shape. I changed my eating habits; I cut out the soda and fast foods.

I started to walk and then joined the YMCA where I saw Casey’s Fitness Boot camp program. I wanted to join it but knew I would not survive 3 minutes in the shape I was in. I hadn’t worked out in over 20 years. I started with Zumba to get my body used to moving again. Did that for a few months, and then moved on to a cycling and core classes for another few months to get my body use to exercising again.

I lost 60 lbs my own. Now you’d say that’s good, right? Well yes it was, but everything was sagging and there was no toning up. So I decided to join Casey’s FitnessBootCamp4U on February 1st. That first day, after just one hour, I sat on the bench in the Y and I could not move for an hour-in-a-half. Mind you, I worked out on my own for 7 months previously to get into shape for this camp.

I went home and soaked in the tub for 2 days with Advil becoming my best friend. I worked hard 3 days a week with Casey and went to the gym on the other 2 days. Casey taught me how to eat better by eating the right foods for losing weight and gaining energy. Casey is funny and firm, at the same time he has the patience of a saint, and cares about his clients by taking the time to explain things. Most of all he knows how to motivate you to push yourself. When you think you can’t go on he gives you the encouragement to do so without yelling and screaming.

Three months later (February to April), I lost 15 lbs and 11 inches over my body, (a total of 85Lbs); dropped from a 52” waist to a 40” waist. I toned up and have cuts in my arms that I NEVER had before. I increased my cardio, I feel better, I look better, I’m stronger, and don’t need my C-Pap machine to breath at night. It took me a year ~ to go from looking like this (on left), to this (on right). Unfortunately I’m moving and unable to continue with Casey. He has set the bar very high to find another instructer to replace him where I‘m going. If you want to get into shape and tone up Casey’s FitnessBootCamp4U is the way to go! Thanks Casey!!

Susan: After the first 10 minutes of boot camp I uttered the words, “What was I thinking?”, and panted to my boot camp instructor, “I can’t breathe.” But I survived that first day, showed up two days later and made it through another boot camp again. With the aid of the instructor and an awesome supporter who herself had lost over 70 lbs. within the camp and was back for maintenance, I was motivated thru cheers and sometimes even the punishment of mountain climbers and up-downs. Don’t even try to eat a kid’s Whataburger meal, it won’t be tolerated on your food diary and you will have to pay the consequences! Over the 9 months I attended FitnessBootCamp4U, thru rain and even snow, I developed friendships, self-confidence, established good eating habits and instilled a self-motivation to keep pushing forward on my fitness and health routine. The hardest step to improving my fitness was making that first move and signing up. I am so proud of myself for the individual I have become and owe it all to Casey and the other Fitness Boot Camp instructors. They are there for life and I know that I will go back soon to continue on my path of reaching both my goal weight and personal goal of running a half-marathon within the next year.

Liz: I was at my heaviest just after having my second daughter in 2006 - I weighed 190 pounds, which was very depressing. I started running to try and lose weight which showed results in the beginning, but I soon plateaued as I was not consistent with my exercise.

I was in the habit of taking 6 month's off before getting back into the gym or running again, so my weight would yo-yo with the exercise. I also found that running was uninteresting, although my legs were trained, the rest of my body lacked the all round exercise that I needed, especially around my mid-section and arms.

At 140 lbs., late in the fall, I joined Casey's FitnessBootCamp4U; I had heard that fitness boot camp gave your body a much better all round workout, including weight/resistance training, cardio, and lots of abdominal work – it sounded ideal! The first camp I attended was agony, but with perseverance I began to see the improvements. The classes were fun. Casey is always changing the routine's so you never get bored or use to the same drills. The classes are always challenging whatever level of fitness you are, you are always being pushed to exceeded your comfort zone.
I recently finished a half marathon after cross training with FitnessBootCamp4U and running, I achieved my personal best time, and I feel FIT, and stronger than ever before. I love the fact that FitnessBootCamp4U has helped me be consistent with my training, by going to camp 3 times a week.

Casey's nutritional program has made me much more conscious of what I am buying and feeding my family and myself, I am more aware of the importance of nutritional ingredients in foods, and now look for healthier alternatives. I think being held accountable of your meals has really helped me stop nibbling on the kid's cookies! I have lost 10 lbs. and 13.5 total inches within 3 month's. I am now the weight that I was as a teenager again!

WOW! is a good place to start. Before beginning with Fitness Boot Camp 4U I had lost about 25 lbs. I have always struggled with my weight up and down. So here is a quick play by play since starting with FitnessBootCamp4U.

The night before I started I got the worst night sleep ever. I was just thinking about what was going to happen. After day one it felt like I was wearing my lungs on the outside of my body but, I did not die so all was ok. I seriously had to talk myself into coming back to day two. My wife said, “you paid for it, you’re going!”. I swore I was not coming back for the second week. After that passed, I swore I was not coming back after the first month was done. I've been going every month since I started in late January this year, and I am addicted! I know this is hard to believe that a 305 lb man can be addicted to a fitness boot camp. As you can see in the pictures, my body has changed. I am now down another 67 lbs! This totals 92 lbs of fat gone and it’s not coming back - thanks to the nutritional education I’ve received. I am now 238 lbs which is 10 lbs lighter than when I got married 12 years ago.

There are a few things to remember. I was seriously obese (305 lbs, after 25 lbs down), with back problems, poor knees, no cardio stamina and I am still alive. Yes, it hurts, but it is so worth the initial aches and pain. The pain DOES go away. Casey and the other instructors modify exercises as needed; just keep moving. The nutrition information is fabulous! Expect to be held accountable. Jennifer: One night I was on the computer looking up FitnessBootCamp4U, because I kept reading the flyers at the YMCA with pictures of people who had participated in that boot camp. My husband read over my shoulder and said, "If that's what you want to do, I can support that."

I had finally arrived at a point in my life where I was tired of feeling unhealthy, as well as just feeling tired and grouchy. The next week I signed up. After the first session I was hooked. Being pushed to my limits was something that hadn't happened to me since I played sports as a teenager. I know this is working for me because I feel great and have more energy. I've also lost 14 of the 25 pounds I'm determined to lose. I have learned how to pay more attention to food labels, portions and how to make substitutions for healthier recipes. Now, I'm motivated to maintain what I've worked so hard to achieve with Casey and John's help. They are both supportive and willing to take the time to answer questions and make sure exercises are being done correctly.

I would definitely recommend FitnessBootCamp4U to anyone looking to get out of a rut and change up their lifestyle.

Bob: I was working out, but not getting results. On top of that, I periodically pulled muscles in my lower back that would decommission me for days or weeks.

I hired Casey, and the results were almost immediate! Within a couple of weeks he had worked with me on the proper technique and work out plan to support and strengthen my back and core. Sonja: I have always longed to wear my shirts tucked in – but never could due to the dreaded “muffin-top”. You know what I am talking about – the flab of tummy that protrudes over the top of your pants creating a not so flattering profile! I would buy a bigger size top or loose, flowy tops to hide the muffin. Well – I am glad to say I can finally wear my t-shirts tucked in and can wear tighter fitting tops. I really do not keep track of my weight – but I can tell Casey’s program is working by the fact that I am leaner and more tone and that I actually use a belt now! My arms are more toned and my muffin-top is gone!

Most of my muffin figure came from eating whatever I wanted. Food has always been my “hobby” – eating out is a favorite pastime and eating big portions was the norm. Casey will give you guidelines on how to eat and how much you should be eating. I have modified my eating habits to what works for me – keeping in mind what Casey drills into your head about nutrition. I am not 100% there, but am happy with my progression and hope to better my body week by week!

I worked out regularly but needed something challenging and different than the usual routine I had. Casey’s FitnessBootCamp4U was the answer! The workouts are challenging and the people in the camp make it fun! Workouts change weekly, so you don’t get bored and you will be surprised at how your overall stamina and strength increase week by week. During a typical class- you will have cardio drills, strength training and lots and lots of ab workouts! It can be “painful” at times – but you will survive and you will feel so good after you finish! Casey pushes and motivates you to do things you did not think your body could do!

If you are even considering the idea of signing up for FitnessBootCamp4U - I would highly encourage it!

Scott: This has been my 4th bootcamp with Casey. This is a life changing fitness program. Don't think it will be easy, because it will be challenging. Casey and Maria will give you the nutritional help as well as the physical workout. You will be pushed to your limit, but the results are fantastic! I lost 16 lbs. in 2 months and have just lost another 5 lbs. since I 've been back for 2 weeks. You will get the motivation and extra push needed to really get in shape.

Diana: I have been with Casey and FitnessBootCamp4U on and off for three years. I first started because a friend talked me into it. It was the most difficult exercise program I have ever participated in. I forced myself to stick with it and follow Casey's diet plan. When it ended I had lost about 8 pounds, but vowed to never do that again. You must be crazy to do that to yourself, right? Well a few months later, even though I continued to go to the gym, I had gained a few pounds back. I decided to try it again and had great results.

I have stuck with it because it is the one exercise program that will always challenge you no matter what your fitness level is. Casey is constantly changing his workout routine keeping it fresh. I was crazy enough to go along with my mother when she wanted to join bootcamp last January. I hate cold weather, sweating and getting dirty but thought I would be there to support my mom... so I joined Fitness bootcamp.

Robin: I had been a member of the YMCA for some time but could not dedicate myself to a regular exercise routine. Around Christmas 2008 the "Y" was offering a special for FitnessBootCamp4U. Not only was there was a discount for signing up before January 1st, but also if you signed up a friend. I I thought that maybe this is what I needed to get my life back on track. I went home and called my daughter and told her that I had just signed us both up for the fitness boot camp and that she better not back out on me because I had already paid. I can still remember our first class last January – it was the coldest, wettest night. I decided if I stuck to the meal plan that Casey provided, and I worked out 3 days a week that I would had to see a difference. The results in the first month were so amazing I continued with the boot camp and each month I continued to get amazing results!

Casey not only encourages, but motivates you in a way that if you make the necessary changes, there is no way to NOT get results. Kristin: When I originally signed up for 10 personal training sessions with Casey, I had no idea how drastically my life would change for the better. I had previously been exercising at the gym daily on my own and couldn't understand why I was unable to meet my fitness goals. One month later and 13 pounds lighter, I have learned the importance of following a disciplined nutrition plan and challenging myself during my daily workout sessions. Working with Casey has completely changed my attitude towards food and nutrition. I am a busy mother of a kindergartener and a preschooler, and this is the most rewarding thing I've ever done just for me! I had lost some weight last February when I got married by seriously cutting back on the amount of food I was eating. I was rarely working out. After seeing a picture of myself from the beginning of the summer, I thought “UGH, I’ve got to do something about those arms!” I had gained the weight I had lost for the wedding and then some.

I decided I needed to stop the whining and crying about my recent weight gain and do something about it. I started working out at the YMCA in June where I saw a Fitness Boot Camp testimonial stapled on the wall. I decided to grab an information sheet and check it out. A friend of mine from work, Maria, teaches a class. I talked my sister into joining with me.

I was scared to death about going to my first class. I knew it would be tough, but really did not know what to expect. It was definitely the toughest thing I have ever put my body (and mind) through. Maria pushed me to MY personal limit. She is so incredibly motivating and never lets me even think about giving up. She has become my own personal cheerleader!

I am on my 4th month and have lost 20 pounds! I have to say I am truly addicted. This has been the best thing I have ever done for ME! I never would have thought I would have been capable of sticking with it for this long. I never would have thought I was strong enough to do the types of thing I can now do.

Kimberly:
I finally made a commitment to losing weight in January 2009. After being frustrated with my weight over the past 5 years, I finally decided that I had to do something about it. I came across the FitnessBootCamp4U website and knew that this bootcamp was exactly what I needed to do. I didn't really believe that I would ever be 115 pounds again, but Casey told me he could help me get there. I was terrified to go to that first class, and it was so hard... but Casey motivated me to continue with the program.

At the end of the first month, I had already lost 9.5 pounds and my clothes were already too big. After seeing these results, I decided to continue with the program. I just finished my sixth month, and am proud to say, "I AM 115 POUNDS AGAIN!!"

Casey taught me how to eat healthy and keep my body healthy. He has a wonderful nutritional plan that helped to teach me how to evaluate the food choices that I make. His nutritional plan is not some crazy diet to lose weight, and then to gain it all back when you quit dieting. He teaches you how to eat nutritionally everyday for the rest of your life! He held me accountable for everything I ate every day.

The group setting of FitnessBootCamp4U is fantastic! The other campers are supportive of each other and motivate each other to meet their goals. Casey always give everyone his undivided attention and ensures that you are doing the exercises correctly to prevent any injuries. He is truly there to help you meet your goals! He does not give up on any of his boot camp participants. He has a wonderful way of motivating you. Casey taught me to push myself to the fullest. I have done things that I never believed were possible. I have lost 38 pounds and my body fat has decreased 16.6%! In addition to that, I have lost a total of 33 inches!!

Nothing is impossible with Casey and FitnessBootCamp4U. I would recommend this boot camp to anyone who wants to lose weight or just stay in shape. It is hard to have to commit yourself fully, but is well worth it! I have decided to continue with this program just because I love the exercises and really enjoy the experience. I could never thank Casey enough for what he has done for me. I have never felt this great in my life!

On New Year’s Eve, my friends Jennifer and Leanna said “Guess what we’re doing? We signed up for boot camp. You should go with us.” So, I joined FitnessBootCamp4U. I thought I might survive for a month or two, especially after getting the ‘Rules’. Well, the ‘Rules’ not only helped me reach my initial goal – to have fun with my friends – they also provided me with the benefit of fitness – 20 pounds and over 25 inches less of me…and my biceps are actually muscles!

Maria is a fantastic trainer. Her ‘people person’ nature guides her as the perfect motivator – pushing you to YOUR limits; making you YOUR best.

I started FitnessBootCamp4U with some friends just to pass the time until our run group started in the fall. Needless to say…I am on my 3rd month and I am TRULY ADDICTED! There is no way that I could even come close to achieving my goals if it were not for the HEART, TIME, MOTIVATION and PUSH from Kenneth “Kenny”. He is by FAR the best instructor that I have worked with; he instructs from his SOUL.

It has been amazing to see the difference from when I started to where I am now. I have always been athletic but truly needed to shed a few pounds. I am down 10 pounds safely and have lost inches, and I LOVE muscle memory (big smile).

I have become friends with the “giant tire” which was truly my enemy. The workouts are changed around each time you go so that you are not doing the same thing over and over. If theres ever a question about an exercise or you're not sure of the exercise, Kenneth will be sure to demonstrate. He is very good about critiquing arm and leg placement to make sure that you are doing your work out correctly and safely.

Thank you Kenny for everything, you have changed my life mentally, in health and fitness. I am now on my way to achieving my health and fitness goals!

In April 2009 I decided once again I needed an organized fitness class that incorporated accountability. I signed up for boot camp and will likely never forget my first class. I was thinking, "why didn't I watch a class before I enrolled, what am I thinking? These folks are decades younger than me." I persevered. I had paid my money and I would see the four week session through and be thankful if I am alive after each class. The countdown was on, only 7 more classes, only 6 more classes and so on. During the last week I began to think that I could keep this up and I was seeing incredible results. I had lost 10 pounds in four weeks. By the second four week session, the inches melted away. I lost more than 10 inches overall and 4 inches disappeared from my waist. I am about to start my 4th session and in addition to the physical results the confidence I have found within myself, to push myself to keep trying each night, is amazing.

Maria holds us all accountable and encourages us to keep pushing. If you adhere to the program, attend each session and be completely honest with yourself you will see the results you never dreamed were possible. All you need to do is try.

Angela:
After the birth of our second child, I needed help getting rid of 15 pounds of “baby fat”. My first bootcamp was February 2nd, 2009. It was tough. I wanted to quit after the first day, but there is NO REFUND and NO QUITTING. I forced myself to hang in there and get through the 4 week session.

Casey runs a disciplined camp. The exercises are tough and the nutrition rules are very strict. He told the group class is only cancelled when thunder and lightning are present. I prayed for thunder storms the first 2 weeks of camp. I persevered and followed the nutrition rules religiously.

During the first 4 week session I lost 10 lbs. I joined for a second session and lost another 10 pounds and weigh less now than my pre-pregnancy weight. I have lost a total of 20 pounds, and originally joined to lose 15 pounds. YIPPIE!

Tomorrow I will be starting my 6th session. Funny, at the start I didn’t think I could get through the first 4 weeks and here I am, joining for my 6th month. These bootcamps are definitely the toughest exercise I have ever done. My goals are changing every session, as I build my strength and endurance. I feel a sense of accomplishment and satisfaction that I can do anything if I put my mind to it! I recommend this class to anyone that wants to lose weight, tone up or develop better eating habits. It is worth it!

I was just shy of what I weighed when I was full term pregnant 5 years ago. I was miserable, fat, and completely unhappy with my figure, back fat rolls and all! I had even purchased new clothes to get “fatter” and “grow” into. As a single mom, full time student and employee, my excuse for losing control and not working out was lack of time and accountability. After talking to a friend when I moved to the Katy area, I started FitnessBootCamp4U in April. I got lots of warning saying it is hard but worth it.

That first Tuesday 5am morning was the hardest work out I had ever done. I left there feeling every muscle in my body ache and screaming, “what the heck was that?!” I was shocked when in the second week, my clothes started feeling looser! Then I thought the scale was broken after week 3 saying I had lost 12 pounds! 100 pounds gone!!! I can’t believe how just a change of mindset one day led me to my success. I was a junior in high school when I was dangerously obese weighing 265lbs at 5’8. I had the worst eating habits, but still my goal was to lose 100 pounds before my senior year. One of my goals was to lose all the weight by my senior year which was only 10 months away. Since the mid 90's I have really struggled to keep active and eat healthy, fluctuating up and down in weight with no real exercise plan to stick with. Too busy it seems for any of it. This last August I was at 225 lbs. and clearly overweight again and frustrated. Then in January this year, I managed to drop 20 lbs., yet I was struggling and wanted to find something that would help me find the physical exercise and healthy lifestyle I wanted. I had a friend who suggested that I try a fitness boot camp.

I found Casey at the YMCA and decided to sign-up for 4 weeks of Fitness Boot Camp 4U, I had no idea what I signed up to do. It was 5am and I was in horrible shape, 5 minutes later I asked myself “why did I pay for this?” By the end of the first hour I had never felt better. I knew I found something special that would work for me.

I have tried the gym, treadmill, lifting weights, elliptical trainer & running for exercise and nothing ever seemed to work for me. There are a few important factors for me in why boot camp works… the gym is boring, it’s indoors & not competitive, a sure failure for me. The Fitness Boot Camp 4U regimen changes regularly; it is outdoors - and with a group setting, creates a sense of competition. The most important factor in being successful at anything is having a good coach and someone who will hold you accountable. Casey is a great coach and knows accountability.

Over the past eight weeks I lost 20 lbs. and got my weight down to 185, reduced my body fat by 3% and reduced my waist size by 4 inches. Photographs never lie! I knew it was time for a change after looking at our vacation pictures. My weight had reached a high and I was feeling horrible on a daily basis. I have struggled with my weight since I was in Junior High School. I have tried countless diets and exercise plans, but was never able to stick to any of them long enough to see real results. My goal was just to “get skinny” and when that didn’t happen fast enough, I would just give up. After much prodding from a friend, I reluctantly signed up for FitnessBootcamp4U. When I showed up on the first day, I was scared – I was so out of shape that when I went shopping, I would get winded just walking from the parking lot to the door. Casey immediately made me feel better about myself. He didn’t see my size as a problem, just an obstacle that I needed to overcome. He wouldn’t let me feel bad about what I could not do. Instead, he encouraged me and helped me see how much I could do! At the end of the first month, I had lost 20 pounds, and more importantly, I found strength in myself that I never knew existed. Cindy: I have been an athlete all my life. I was a cross country and track runner in high school and college. I continued, with exercise thru the birth of my children and stayed in shape. Ten years ago, I lost my mom to cancer and also lost my desire to exercise and take care of myself. After so long of being out of shape and not eating right, you forget how to do it. Casey and Chris and the boot camps helped me get back on track. I forgot how great or ( as Casey likes to say, 'FANTASTIC') it is to feel strong and healthy again. They really have enriched my life and helped make me to become a stronger person both mentally and physically. I have become addicted to the training and workouts.

Last March when I started boot camp I was 165 pounds at 5 feet tall and wore a size 12. Now I am 130 pounds and am in a size 6. Casey, at the beginning of boot camp asks what your goals are and I have achieved one of my goals, by getting back into a size 6.. Without Casey and his team I don't know if I would have met these goals in 4 months. They motivate you, as well as create a meal plan for you to follow. I think anyone having a hard time getting motivated should try boot camp; it is tough! I don't think I have worked this hard since I ran in college, but it makes you a better person inside and out.

Judith: I started Casey's boot camp as support for my friend. After the first month she quit, but I was hooked. Bill: I had gained weight and gotten out of shape after a foot injury and needed something more motivating than just going out for a run. Also, I wanted to make sure that I was doing what I could to keep myself healthy as I enter my 50’s in a couple of years. I was inspired by the success of my wife Maria, who has been a participant in Casey’s Boot camps for over a year and is now becoming certified as one of his instructors. As a child I was always overweight, then at 17 I started working out and got into shape. By the time I was 25 I had lost my motivation to keep in shape and by 28 I was just plain unhappy with the way I looked. I thought boot camp would never be for me, I took the class on Friday (leg day) and it changed my life forever. It was the hardest hour of my life and it made me feel incredible. I wanted to give up many times during that hour but Casey kept pushing me and when he says "pain is just a weakness leaving your body" that is 100% right. Since being in boot camp over the last four months I wake up every day feeling better than I ever had before. Casey teaches you self discipline and small things to change in your routine which will benefit you more than you can imagine. I will not lie it is the hardest workouts you will ever do but as you progress it builds you up both mentally and physically. At least 4 years (could it be 5 or is my brain in denial of how time has flown by?!)! I started with personal training with Casey, then moved onto bootcamp classes.
What have you found to be the most difficult part of FitnessBootCamp4U? Getting started after the holidays or vacation is always a challenge! Once you make exercising a routine and not an exception, it becomes part of your daily life and you will enjoy coming to class (really!) I do detest sprinting and reverse up-downs and planks!
What keeps you coming back? Having friends helps me to enjoy the class - the camaraderie you develop with the fellow campers helps motivate me! It is also fun to see the changes in your fellow campers- it is inspiring! And to be honest, if I didn't have bootcamp, I would not do any strength exercises. I do a lot of cardio on my own, so to have those strength exercises incorporated into the bootcamp classes is key for me. I used to exercise regularly on my own, but never saw results until I joined FitnessBootCamp4U!
Would you recommend this program to others, including those with little or no previous exercise regimen? Absolutely! Doesn't matter what your fitness level is - you can do it! I have witnessed campers who could barely walk the Friday runs - only to see them run the whole way weeks later! This is my 3rd bootcamp with Casey. This is a life changing fitness program. Don't think it will be easy, because it will be challenging. I was working out, but not getting results. On top of that, I periodically pulled muscles in my lower back that would decommission me for days or weeks. I hired Casey for some personal training sessions and the results were almost immediate! Within a couple of weeks he had worked with me on the proper technique and workout plan to support and strengthen my back and core. I now work out more confidently and with better results.

"I have taken the Moms Bootcamp several times and I am always impressed with the way Casey changes things up every session. Even though we work out in a group, Casey constantly checks my form and corrects me on the proper way to exercise. Casey incorporates a very good balance of cardio, strength and core workout to hit all the muscle groups. We use a variety of equipment (some that you may come to love or loathe) such as bands, sandbags, a giant tire, concrete filled pvc pipes and sometimes – just your own body. Casey will motivate you (some say it is yelling) and push you beyond what you think you can do – but you will be amazed by the difference from day one to the end of the session.

I am always motivated by others in the group as well, not the super athletes, but the ones that could barely run or do a push up on the first day but could run two miles carrying a heavy pipe with no problem by the end of four weeks! Working out in a group is great – you get to share in the accomplishments and pain that come along with the bootcamp. I would recommend joining the bootcamp to everyone, even those who have been exercising on a daily basis. The bootcamp will shake up your exercise routine and take you to the next level. I used to consistently exercise daily up to 1-2 hours during the week, but did not see much result. My body needed something different and the bootcamp was it! You won’t get bored with the same routines because it is different from anything you have done before and is constantly changing. Join the fun / pain!

Yes, it will probably suck the first week and you will be sore and Casey needs to work on his counting skills– but if you continue, you will see a big difference in your strength, endurance and body."

"I did my first bootcamp with Casey over a year ago. I was someone who had not exercised in a really long time. When I realized I was going to have to go up another clothing size, I let a friend talk me into bootcamp. It was the most difficult thing I have ever done (aside from giving birth!). That first week, I swore I would never sign on again. My results, however, were so good I have actually signed on again, and again, and again…I feel much better and have more energy. I am below my pre-pregnancy weight. Bootcamp was a great jumpstart to my exercise program (I am on my way to sign up for the next session, I want to be ready for the holidays).

The great thing about bootcamp, it is great for newcomers and veterans alike. You will realize you can do so much more than you ever thought you could. Casey is a great motivator. You will not be disappointed!!!!"

"I am a mom of three young children ranging in age from 2 to 6. Since my first was born I have forever been trying to get the baby weight off. I enjoy exercise and would work out 4 to 5 times a week doing aerobics or strength training. I would also eat whatever I wanted and would constantly wonder why with all this exercise am I not losing weight?? Casey was the missing piece in my puzzle. His classes bumped me up to a whole new fitness level and my endurance level is great! It is amazing to see yourself change from the day you walk into his camp to four weeks later. I could not stand to run and had made my mind up I just couldn't do it. Now I am running twice a week and can't believe my progress. His eating plan is also fantastic! He really has made me see that your nutrition is 60% of your weight loss goal. I am now drinking at least 96oz of water a day and have completely lost my diet coke addiction. Instead of living on a diet of Chick-fil-A and lean cuisines, I am eating tons of fruits and vegetables and actually cooking for myself and family. I honestly cannot remember a time when I have felt this good! The food journal has also been a great tool and keeps me accountable. Not only will you see a change in yourself physically but you will have a lot of fun. His obstacle courses are great and motivating. You get to know the people in your class and really work as a team. I have lost 11.5 pounds plus inches in two sessions. I cannot recommend his program enough!"

"Growing up, I was an athletic person, playing all sports through junior high and high school. After I got married and started my family, my family grew and so did I. I would go on crash diets just like most folks. I have yo-yo'd for years. Back in October, I felt the urge and wanted to do something. "I took Casey's boot camp the last session in the morning. I thought it was great. I toned up quite a bit and lost 5 lbs. The morning class was great because I got up and had it over and done with first thing in the morning. I intend to take several more sessions because I am going on vacation to Italy this summer and I want to be in shape. As the weather heats up, I think the morning class will be more comfortable weather for exercising. Everyone should try it at least once."
