It's not like a regular
gym class where everyone is doing the same thing. Everyone is
pushed to his/her own level, it's kind of like sharing a personal
trainer with a group of people.

What
if I need to travel during the time my class is running?
We will talk about your
lifestyle during the initial consultation, and determine the appropriate
amount of days to add to the class so that your travel time is
accounted for. We don't want anyone to miss out on their workouts!
If you do travel, we will send workouts with you so that you can
keep on track with your goals.

What
if I get sick or miss a class during the time my package is running?
Most likely this is going
to happen at one time or another. We really want you to make up
the classes as you go. This keeps you on track with your goals.
If an extreme illness occurs and you have so many make-ups that
you can't catch up, we can extend your classes due date to include
the missed time. We don't want to take any time away from you!
