| Will
boot camp be too hard for me? It's
not like a regular gym class where everyone is doing the same
thing. Everyone is pushed to his/her own level, it's kind of like
sharing a personal trainer with a group of people.

What
do we do in class?
We do a variety
of cardiovascular and weight bearing activities in each 60 minute
session. Each class will be different, so you won't know what
to expect when you get to class. Some examples, sports specific
exercises, obstacle courses, free weights, resistance bands, balance
and core strengthening, etc.

When
does next session start and how long are the classes?
A new 4-week session
starts every two weeks. Because the class is a hour long, that
means you need to be there 10 to 15 minutes before the class starts
to allow for review of your food journal.

What
are the days of the week that you have classes and what times?
Our camps are offered
Mondays through Saturdays; the earliest starting at 5 am and the
latest starting at 7pm. We have camps for beginners through advanced.
We also offer "Moms Boot Camps", "Teachers Boot

of our camps cost $209.00 for a 4 week session that meets 3 days

What
if I need to travel during the time my class is running?
We will talk about
your lifestyle during the initial consultation, and determine
the appropriate amount of days to add to the class so that your
travel time is accounted for. We don't want anyone to miss out
on their workouts! If you do travel, we will send workouts with
you so that you can keep on track with your goals.

What
if I get sick or miss a class during the time my package is running?
Most likely this
is going to happen at one time or another. We really want you
to make up the classes as you go. This keeps you on track with
your goals. If an extreme illness occurs and you have so many
make-ups that you can't catch up, we can extend your classes due
date to include the missed time. We don't want to take any time
away from you!

How
do I sign up?
We ask that you
come to one of our promotional "Friends" days so you
can see if it fits your goals, or you can sign up online on the
SIGN-UP page under the appropriate camp
location area. However, if you are a YMCA member (Katy only) please
make your payment to the YMCA office. We 'll talk to you about
your goals, assess your fitness level and do a body fat analysis.
We then tell you more about our program and we put together a
nutrition meal plan just for you that will get help you achieve
your goals.

What
if I want/need personal training in addition to the FitnessBootBamp4U
camp?
We will assess
this need at the complimentary consultation and work out a program
that is just for you based on your needs. You can do one, the
other, or both. We will do whatever it takes to get you to your
goals.
